About me

My journey of discovery began over 20 years ago, sparked by a deep realization that my subconscious beliefs and behaviors were holding me back.

As a child, I was diagnosed with epilepsy and throughout my youth, I was constantly told what I couldn't do. These limitations, reinforced by others, made me feel different, as though something was inherently wrong with me. This internalized belief that "I'm different and not good enough" took root early on, leading me to think that others could achieve things I never would.

These limiting beliefs didn't just affect my childhood—they seeped into every aspect of my adult life. They eroded my self-esteem, strained my relationships, and undermined my confidence. I held back from pursuing certain jobs and missed out on opportunities because I didn't believe I was capable or deserving. Despite no longer suffering from epilepsy, the echoes of those early experiences left me feeling stuck and unfulfilled.

However, this feeling of being stuck ultimately set me on a path that would transform my life. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, where I uncovered the detrimental beliefs that had been shaping my life from the shadows. What I discovered changed everything. I realized that I had been living life from the outside in, letting external circumstances and past experiences, outdated beliefs and programs dictate my inner world.

Today, I live from the inside out. My internal world has transformed, and with it, my entire life has changed. The limiting beliefs that once held me back have lost their power. Now, I embrace life with confidence and self-belief,  knowing that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.

We live in a mental universe, what does this mean?

A "mental universe" refers to the idea that our perception of reality is shaped by our thoughts, beliefs, and mindset, meaning that our internal mental state influences how we experience and interact with the world around us.

We live in a world of thought, but we think we live in our external experience and that it is the outside world affecting us when in reality everything happens in our inside world first. Change the internal (thoughts, beliefs, programmes, dialogue and what we make it mean) and the perspective of the outside changes.

I also learnt to reconnect within myself.  When we learn to access the stillness within, the now moment, we learn to live life in the present, after all that's all there really is.  The past and the future don't exist, only as a representation in the mind.

So, if you feel stuck, overwhelmed by beliefs that don't work for you, or  it's as though something is holding you back from living the life you want, know that change is possible. My journey is proof that when you shift your internal world, your external reality follows. I’m here to help you discover that same transformation.

I'm incredibly passionate about helping others to learn about themselves and gain their own insight and transformation, which I know we all have within us.
